Where should we book our consultation?

Our office is in Brampton. We usually prefer to meet clients at their wedding venue – it is the best way to envision your wedding together.  Sometimes it is not feasible because clients may live further – so we’re more than happy to meet you in your local neighbourhood.

Are you willing to travel?

Yes! Actually, I love driving. You should see my gas bill – it’s horrendous. We generally service the GTA, however we are willing to travel outside of the GTA region (travel costs will apply).

Do you price match?

We strongly believe that our work speaks for itself. We offer high end look at a more affordable cost. Being once brides ourselves – we definitely realize that paying for a wedding could be as expensive as putting down a payment for a house. We’re flexible and we believe that we can create a beautiful wedding for you within your budget. Contact us for your consultation.

Do your services include lighting?

We offer spotlighting with our head table decor packages – which will create a glowing, elegant look. We also offer a LED coloured lighting package separately as well.

What do you require to book?

We require a 50% initial payment upon signing the contract to hold your date. If your wedding date is more than a year away a 25% initial payment and a signed contract with be suffice.

Do you rent linens?

Yes, we rent tablecloths, overlays, table runners, napkins, chair covers etc.

Do you think chair covers are necessary?

It depends on the chairs available at your venue and if they match your colour theme. For the most part, chair covers will create an elegant palette for your wedding. We will have to take a look at the venue and then we’ll have a better idea.

Do your decor packages include same day delivery/set up/tear down?

Yes, all of our decor packages includes same day delivery/set up/tear down. If we could get in the day before, that would be great but not necessary. For rental services only, there is a minor fee of $50.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have commercial liability insurance. It is a priority for us to provide you the added protection and peace of mind when you are booking with us. Several venues in the GTA requires that the decorators have insurance, so this could be an important issue when you are looking into finding a decorator.

Why are you in the wedding business?

Simply put – because we love it. We’re extremely passionate about what we do – and we’re good at it. However, the best part of our job is when we hear from the bride how much her wedding decor just blows her away. It makes every minute worth it.

Why should we book you? What makes you different from some of the other decorators in the GTA?

As certified wedding coordinators by the WPIC we can actually offer you a more balance approach from a wedding planner’s point of view – yet still be able to create your wedding. We can help you design your wedding from the tinniest little details. Those little details are actually what personalizes your wedding and makes it unique. By booking us, you’re getting wedding decorators who will be able to guide you in more than just decor alone.

Are the photos in your portfolio/gallery your own actual work? Or do you use stock photos?

Personally, we do NOT use stock photos on our website portfolio/gallery. In the wedding decorating field, our work is what you’re “buying” when you book with us. We want you to feel confident in our work. Our portfolio is a collection of photos of some our work so you can get an actual, authentic feel of what we can do. Photos of our linens/chair covers/etc are photos we took of the actual stock – not taken from different companies’ website. Since we do not post up all of our décor work on our website, you may book a consultation with us if you would like to see a hardcopy of our portfolio. However, our portfolio represents only some of the things we have done in the past – not the possibilities of what we can do. With our innovation as designers and your inspiration – we can create a breath-taking wedding – personalized, and truly reflective of you both!

What about inspiration boards?

We adore inspiration boards and love it when our brides come in with inspiration photos. They are very helpful in the creation of themes, and even just the “feel” of the wedding. It makes it easier for us to understand a bride’s vision as these photos gives us a glimpse of what her wedding dreams look like. When we post inspiration photos on our blog – they are a collage of different photos which we found on the wonderful world wide web. As wedding planners/decorators, we find this is an invaluable tool in the designing process of a wedding.

What is W.P.I.C.?

WPIC is the first and only in-class Wedding Coordinator’s Certification Institute in Canada. By being WPIC alumni, we are part of the biggest wedding planners/professional network in Canada. By booking us, our resources will be your resources.

Will you do birthdays, anniversaries, Quinceañeras, Debuts, Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvah, corporate events, etc?

Yes, our first love is weddings (I just love that pure joy of happily ever after), but we will be honoured to decorate your milestone events.

What about charities?
